(合肥拓路人信息科技有限公司) - Brand: Anvilstead - Registered in: Hefei, Anhui, China - Established: 2016 - Website: https://anvilstead.com - Contact: hello@anvilstead.com - Working languages: English (all client communication, documentation and deliverables) - How to start: in writing — email hello@anvilstead.com or send a WhatsApp message; we reply within one business day ## What we do Five service lines. We deliberately do not offer template sales, no-code builds or staffing. ### 1. App development Native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, including store submission and review handling, crash reporting, analytics and staged rollout. Typical timeline: 8–12 weeks for a first release. ### 2. Custom software Web applications, SaaS products, internal tools, APIs and the backends behind them. Includes authentication and roles, data modelling, business logic, admin tooling, reporting and integrations. Quoted in two-week milestones. ### 3. AI agents and automation Agents scoped to one defined job: qualifying inbound leads, drafting replies from your own documentation, extracting fields from documents, keeping a knowledge base current. Every run is recorded with its input, output, model and cost; batches are idempotent so a completed run cannot execute twice; anything uncertain is held for a human instead of being retried blindly. Integrated with CRM, helpdesk, ERP, order systems and email, with access control and per-tenant isolation where several clients share one system. Guardrails are part of the build: allowlists rather than open endpoints, outbound request filtering, and a cost ceiling per tenant. Typical timeline: 3–8 weeks depending on the number of integrations. A production example is our own GEO Studio platform, which runs ten agent services. ### 4. Showcase websites (news section and AI assistant included) Marketing and company websites that present the business, publish news, and answer visitors with an AI assistant. Typically 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. ### 5. E-commerce and order systems Product catalogues, checkout, payment gateway integration (including PayPal), order records, order status pages and returns handling — built for clients whose business needs them, and maintained afterwards. A live example is linked from our work page. ## What this website is not This website sells nothing, so it has no cart and no payment button. That is a property of this site, not a limit on what we build: e-commerce and order management are services we offer to clients. Project fees are invoiced and paid by bank transfer or PayPal. ## What we do not offer - Website templates or themes. - No-code builds. - Staff augmentation. ## How we work - Written scope, fixed price per milestone. No hourly billing on defined work. - Two-week milestones; a working demo at the end of every milestone; written updates in the client's tracker. - The client owns the code. Work is committed to a repository the client controls from week one. - 30 days of aftercare after handover, then an optional monthly retainer. - If we underestimate our own effort, we absorb it. The price only moves when the client changes the scope, and only after written approval. ## Pricing structure We quote a fixed price in writing after a free scoping conversation, including scope, assumptions and exclusions. - No published rate card. Project price depends on scope, so a figure quoted before seeing the project would be a guess. - Projects are quoted fixed-price per milestone; if we underestimate our own effort we absorb the difference. - An ongoing development retainer is available for products that are live and keep changing. - Small changes for existing clients are estimated and approved in writing before any work starts. Invoiced in USD. Payment by international bank transfer or PayPal; for PayPal a payment link is sent with the invoice. There is no checkout or payment button on the website. Milestone-based payments on projects, monthly in advance for retainers. ## What we do not do - We do not sell website templates or themes. - We do not take on projects where we lack the required skills; we say so in the first reply. - We do not publish client names, screenshots or confidential details without written permission. ## Pages - [Home](https://anvilstead.com/): what we build and how we work - [Services](https://anvilstead.com/services): the five service lines in detail - [Selected work](https://anvilstead.com/work): shipped systems, with verifiable details - [Pricing](https://anvilstead.com/pricing): how quotes are structured and what changes the number - [About](https://anvilstead.com/about): who we are and the rules we run projects by - [News](https://anvilstead.com/news): articles and updates - [Contact](https://anvilstead.com/contact): email and WhatsApp; everything starts in writing ## Case notes - [Engineering notes index](https://anvilstead.com/engineering): four systems written up in detail, including where we chose a platform over custom code - [GEO Studio](https://anvilstead.com/geo-studio/): our own multi-tenant platform for AI visibility measurement, 10 agent services - [GEO Studio engineering notes](https://anvilstead.com/geo-studio-engineering/): hierarchical prompts, code-based quality gates, two-library knowledge governance - [Dayu (搭遇)](https://anvilstead.com/dayu/): our own real-time social app for Android — custom real-time transport, WebRTC, a 78 MB on-device speech model, an AI companion with per-user memory. It exposes five read-only tools so an AI assistant can ASK rather than infer: `get_company`, `list_services`, `get_faq`, `list_case_notes`, `get_contact`. There is no submission tool: nothing here sends an enquiry, and `get_contact` explains how to reach a human. Server card: https://anvilstead.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json
