# Anvilstead

> Anvilstead is a software studio that builds mobile apps, custom software, AI agents and automation, showcase websites, and e-commerce and order systems for companies worldwide. Everything starts in writing, projects run as fixed-price milestones, and the client owns the code from week one.

This file is the markdown mirror of the site. It exists so an AI system can read the whole business
in one fetch instead of stripping navigation out of HTML and guessing at what matters.

## Company facts

- Brand: Anvilstead
- Legal entity: Hefei Tuoluren Information Technology Co., Ltd. (合肥拓路人信息科技有限公司)
- Founded: 2016
- Location: Hefei, China; clients worldwide
- Working language: English, for calls, specs, tickets, commit messages and documentation
- Website: https://anvilstead.com

- WhatsApp: +86 156 5513 9866
- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61595165768885
- What this site is not: this website sells nothing and has no cart or checkout. The e-commerce
work described here is a service we build for clients, not a shop of our own.

## Five service lines

1. **App development** — native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android,
including store submission and review handling.
2. **Custom software** — internal tools, platforms and integrations built to a written scope.
3. **AI agents and automation** — assistants that answer from your own documentation, qualify
inbound leads, or run a defined internal process; multi-agent orchestration where the task
   needs it.
4. **Showcase websites** — marketing sites with a news section and an AI assistant included.
5. **E-commerce and order systems** — storefronts, quotation flows and order tracking, including
the case where half a catalogue cannot be bought with a button.

## How we work

- **Written first.** Scope, decisions, questions and answers all go in writing. There is no
booking step and nothing depends on anyone remembering a conversation.
- **Fixed price per milestone.** We do not bill by the hour on defined work. If we underestimate
our own effort, we absorb it; the price moves only when the client changes the scope, and only
  after written approval.
- **Two-week milestones**, each ending in a working demo you can click rather than a status report.
- **The client owns the code.** Work is committed to a repository the client controls from week one,
and the full source is handed over.
- **A written answer within one business day** to questions.
- **30 days of aftercare** after handover, then an optional monthly retainer.

## Pricing

- There is **no published rate card** and no price list on this site. A price depends on scope, so it
is set in a written quote after a free scoping conversation — with the scope, the assumptions and
the explicit exclusions stated up front.
- Invoiced in USD. Payment by PayPal or international bank transfer; for PayPal the payment link is
sent with the invoice. Milestone payments on projects, monthly in advance for retainers.

## What we do not do

- We do not sell templates or pre-built products.
- We do not take on work where the scope cannot be defined.
- We do not publish client names or confidential details without permission.
- We do not promise positions in AI answers. We build the machine-readable infrastructure that
makes a business easier to read and cite correctly; that is a different claim.

## Work we can show

Four systems are written up in detail, including where we chose an existing platform over custom
code — which we regard as an engineering decision rather than a compromise.

- **Engineering notes index** — https://anvilstead.com/engineering
- **GEO Studio** (our own product) — https://anvilstead.com/geo-studio
A multi-tenant platform that measures and improves how a brand appears in AI-generated answers.
Ten agent services, isolated tenant workspaces, an audited publishing pipeline.

- **Dayu (搭遇)** (our own product) — https://anvilstead.com/dayu
A real-time consumer social app: native Android in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, a custom real-time
transport, WebRTC voice and video, a 78 MB speech model running on the device, and an AI companion
with per-user memory decay. Version 1.4.0 is live in the app stores as the earlier Mini Program
build; the native rebuild ships as version 2.0 and is not published yet.
- **JINKA Machinery** (client project) — https://anvilstead.com/jinka
An e-commerce storefront for a manufacturer of food and material processing equipment selling into
North America, Europe and Asia. Live at https://jinkamachinery.com
  Engineering notes: https://anvilstead.com/jinka-engineering
- **Wenjie GEO** (our own site) — https://anvilstead.com/tuoluren
The corporate site of our GEO practice, including a six-layer GEO assessment published in full with
the gaps included. Engineering notes: https://anvilstead.com/wenjie-engineering
